Wahgnion Gold Mine – SPI Package for CIL Processing Plant
The Wahgnion gold mine is in the southwest of Burkina Faso. Owned by Teranga Gold, the plant processes 3 million tonnes of ore per year.
Lycopodium engaged us to supply the Special Piping Items (SPI) package for the new carbon-in-leach (CIL) processing plant at the mine.
Our team sourced, built, and shipped the complete package to site ready for installation. This included Australian-made mining hose and industrial hose assemblies, strainers, expansion joints, and Straub couplings.
Lycopodium successfully commissioned the plant on budget and ahead of schedule.
