The Slurryflex CLX XH-Series Self-Floating Ceramic Dredge Hose combines the severe wear performance of a ceramic lined hose with an integral foam casing which allows the hose to float.
The CLX series of ceramic hoses is designed for applications with severe wet sliding abrasion and erosion that would quickly wear out regular rubber mining hoses.
Fine grain alumina ceramic tiles are integrally built into the rubber using a hot vulcanisation process. This creates a seamless surface so the tiles can’t debond. Being set in rubber means the tiles absorb and dissipate impact, while Slurryflex Grade A rubber absorbs noise and vibration.
Independent tests show that Slurryflex hoses are the longest-lasting slurry hoses on the market. And all of our hoses are custom made in Australia to your specifications. Talk to us about your requirements and we’ll help you choose the right hose for the job.
