Martabe Gold Mine – Mining Hose Package to Solve Enviro Challenges
The Martabe mine in North Sumatra, Indonesia is one of the largest gold mines in the world with a throughput of 4.5 million tonnes of ore per year. Martabe is owned and operated by PT Agincourt Resources which is planning future capacity upgrades of up to 6.5 million tonnes per year.
We worked with design engineer Ausenco to deliver a complete Australian-made Slurryflex slurry hose package for the new plant to meet the site’s unique environmental challenges that included frequent seismic activity and heavy rainfall.
