Garden Well Gold Mine – 1295 Valves for Processing Plant
The Garden Well mine is a key part of the Regis Resources’ Duketon Gold Project located 130km north of Laverton. The site processes 5 million tonnes of ore per year and blends higher grade ore from the nearby Rosemont gold mine and other deposits.
In 2012, Regis Resources engaged design engineer Mintrex and contractor Interquip to build the new processing plant. We worked with the project team to supply 1295 manual and actuated valves for use throughout the plant. We assembled, tested, and tagged the valves in our Perth workshop and delivered them to site ready to go for installation.
Mintrex successfully commissioned the plant on time, taking only 13 months to complete construction.
