Drakelands Tungsten and Tin Mine – Mining Hose for New Plant
The Drakelands Mine, located in Devon, holds one of the largest tungsten and tin resources in the world. The mine has a production capacity of more than 3 million tonnes per year.
In 2014, GR Engineering engaged us to provide Slurryflex slurry hose for the construction of a new plant. The project had a 15-month construction and commissioning schedule, so we fast tracked the manufacture and supply of the custom mining hose package to deliver it all in 8 weeks.
GR Engineering successfully commissioned the new plant on time and within budget.
