Defender PB and PB-H Open Body Double-Ended Pinch Valves are ideal for isolating or modulating the flow of abrasive or corrosive media. When open, the valves allow media to flow freely through, preventing clogging within the valve. Two pinch bars on opposite sides of the sleeve mechanically close the valve.

These valves use a Defender elastomer sleeve, which is manufactured using premium materials in our mining hose factory. The sleeve completely isolates particles in the flowing media and protects the rest of the valve from damage or contamination. We can also customise the valve with a wide range of other elastomers.

The Defender PB and PB-H Pinch Valves are ideal for slurry control applications. They are recommended for mineral processing, tailings lines, sand and gravel, and abrasive slurries. They can also be fitted with a custom sleeve for specialty applications such as fluids or slurries containing chemicals, acids, and hydrocarbons.
