Custom Built Valves for WA Rare Earth mine
These valves were custom built for an expansion project at a WA rare earth mine.
The site’s corrosive conditions are tough on piping – both inside and out.
The fluid is highly acidic. Outside the pipework, acidic splatter chews through piping, valves, and instrumentation.
That’s why our valve technicians custom built these butterfly valves. Every part – the valve, actuator, and limit switch box – is stainless steel.
All 26 valves were assembled and tested in our Perth workshop and are on their way to site, ready for installation.
We’re confident they are up to the challenge of whatever is thrown – or splattered – at them.
