Brockman Fuel Hub – Actuated Valve Package for New Fuel Farm

After the completion of the West Angelas fuel hub in 2013, Primero once again engaged us in the construction of Rio Tinto’s new Brockman fuel hub. The hub is located 80km east of Tom Price.

We worked with their project team to supply and fit gate valves with Rotork multi-turn electric actuators. Our valve technicians assembled, tested, and tagged the valves in-house at our Perth workshop.

Primero successfully commissioned the project within budget. The hub now provides up to 25 million litres of fuel storage to support Rio Tinto’s Pilbara mining operations.
