Bouly Gold Mine – SPI Package for New Heap Leach Facility

Lycopodium engaged us to deliver a Special Piping Items (SPI) package for the new Bouly Heap Leach facility. The facility is an expansion to Nordgold’s Bissa mine, one of the largest in Burkina Faso.

We sourced and supplied a complete SPI package for the new facility. This included industrial hose and mining hose assemblies, Victaulic couplings and fittings, strainers, and expansion joints. We assembled, tested, and tagged the package at our Perth workshop and delivered it to site ready for installation by the on-site crew.

Construction by the team commenced in July 2015, with the first heap leach ore processed in April 2016.
