The Abrasiguard AG-Series Polyurethane-Lined Pipe can be fabricated to any required diameter, length, end connection, pre-specified angle, and may also be made with custom outlets.
It’s lined with the high-performance Abrasiguard AX-100, a polymer designed for very high slurry velocities, turbulent and non-turbulent slurry regimes, and small and large particle slurry.
The polymer lining absorbs particle impact and allows it to rebound without causing permanent plastic deformation. It offers low temperature resistance and very high hydrolysis resistance. It’s also compatible with hypersaline or hydrocarbon-containing carrier fluids.
The Abrasiguard AF-Series is used for slurry transfer in mineral processing plants, concentrate pipelines, tailings pipelines, oil sands pipelines, and dredging.
